Entrepreneurial Orientation
Previous studies have shown a strong correlation between entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and overall organizational performance. EO influences an organization's overall performance. We enrich the literature by distinguishing between the performance of different functions within an organization and investigating how the degree of EO affects these actual performances. This study investigated the relationship between the three dimensions of EO, the actual performance of three types of firms, and the overall performance of firms.
