Amblyopia
Amblyopia is when vision in one or both eyes does not develop properly during childhood. It is sometimes called lazy eye. It is a common problem in babies and young children. In amblyopia, the brain receives a poor image from the eye and thus does not “learn to see well leads to vision loss.
