Responsibility

The attendees or the Delegates are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The Organizers will not be held responsible for any kind of theft or missing items belonging to Delegates, Speakers or Attendees; due to any reason. The Registration fees will not include any kind of insurance. Kindly note that any kind of transportation and parking is not the responsibility of the Organization it should be taken care of by the Registered Person Itself.

The letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference as per the Company norms. Once your registration is complete, then you will receive a personalized letter of invitation. Regarding the refunds, all the bank charges will be for the registrants account.

Cancellation, Postponement and Transfer of Registration

All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to contact@frigateconferences.com

Cancellation Policy

If Frigate Conferences cescancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Frigate Conferences event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.

Postponement

If Frigate Conferences postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Frigate Conferences event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.

Transfer of registration

All the completely paid registrations are transferable to other persons belonging to the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. The transfers must be initiated by the registered person in writing to the finance@frigateconferences.com . Details must be included with the full name of replacement person, their title, contact number and their email address. All the other formalities of the registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Frigate Conferences if the person is unable to attend one of conferences. However, the Registration cannot be transferred if it is appliedbefore 14 days of respective conference. The registrations which are transferred will not be eligible to be refunded.

Visa Information

On the account of security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as early as possible. Frigate Conferences will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All the delegates or the invitees should apply for Business Visa only. Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of Frigate Conferences, including the inability to obtain a visa.

Refund Policy

If at all the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his or her participation to another person or the event, then the following refund policies may apply:
Taking in view of the advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and the other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy in the following slabs-

  • > Before 60 days of the conference: The amount will beFully Refunded excluding Processing Fee of $100
  • > Within 60-30 days of Conference: The Candidate will be Refunded with 50% of the Fee
  • > Within 30 days of Conference:Any kind of Refund will not be Given
  • > The E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

The Hotels have their own cancellation policies, and they generally applicable when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Kindly contact as early as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. Frigate Conferences will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits.
